Evaluations

September 2020: Our staff is accustomed to working with Taylor during the Elite Is Earned Seattle stop each year. This year, Taylor made the trip to Ames to come train with us. She showed an improved overall game including the ability to make the open jumper in gameplay. Taylor’s game was crisp on both ends of the with her next step in the progression being to keep upping her physical strength.

March 2019: Taylor, a 5-7 combo guard from The Gem State, is a fearless competitor whenever we see her play.  She’s competed in Elite Is Earned events so expectations for her are high. She plays the game fast on offense and there are few shots she isn’t willing to take if the defense relaxes.  She shot the ball from deep range, attacked the lane and created in the mid-range.  Learning to pick her spots will be a big piece of her development and not something you can learn in a weekend of camp.

March 2019:
Taylor has cleaned up her handle and is a real problem with the ball in her hands. She’s crafty with the ball and smart with her change of speeds. She’s a competitor as well.  She’s really coming into her own confidence.

March 2018: Audrey is a workhorse. She competes and works hard in every drill or situation. I like her spirit. She has a solid shot from behind the arc. She could benefit from gaining more confidence while handling the ball, especially with contact. She tends to shy away from contact when the ball is in her hands instead of playing with it and using it to her advantage. Audrey is aggressive defensively, and gets some of her offensive from her defense. We would just like to see her ball handling polished up.
