Our showcase format allows you to choose a schedule that fits your needs. Teams will get media coverage from ProspectsNation.com as well as scouting from the ELITE is EARNED Report.
Be featured on the biggest platform in summer basketball at the McCormick Center! This shootout offers flexible game options from single game single day scheduling to multiple day and games for you. Whether you want to play the gap day between events or get the most bang and exposure for you buck on your trip to Chicago, we got you covered. Play in front of the multiple national scouting services as well as the numerous McDonald’s All American voters invited to be in attendance.
TEAM REGISTRATION COST:
Single Game: $95 (plus applicable credit card fees for online payments)
Two Games: $125 (plus applicable credit card fees for online payments)
NCAA PROCEDURES All travel teams taking part in the ELITEisEARNED Chicagoland Shootout MUST register their coaches and players with the NCAA through the USA Basketball coaches licensing process(https://www.usab.com/youth/development/coach/process-for-becoming-a-licensed-coach.aspx).

RETURNING COACHES SHOULD RENEW THEIR USA GOLD LICENSE NOT APPLY FOR A NEW ONE
RENEWALS: If you obtained a gold license during the 2020 season you simply need to RENEW your license by taking the refresher course and updating your background check. When logging into your USAB account choose renew. If you request a new license your approval number will change and it could take longer for the NCAA BBCS to clear you to be an eligible coach. - Domestic Applicant Annual Fees
- This license is valid from the day of completion through August 31, 2021, and only available to applicants who possess a valid U.S. Social Security number.
- $68.00 – Through May 2021.
- $136.00 – If registering June-August 2021.

Teams that are younger than the NCAA PSA age cutoff must still be in compliance with NCAA/BBCS certification. You must register your teams, coaches and players the same as the older teams. You need to complete the Gold License and NCAA Registration! See the NCAA Tips and link the User’s Manual below.

Packets will be available at the each facility 30 minutes before the start of the first game each day.
- $395 (Division I) 1 packet and one coach.
- $95 (Division I) all additional coaches admitted, must purchase packet for this option.
- $350 (Division I w/ ELITE is EARNED Platinum Subscription) Packet + up to 4 coaches from the same school.
- $295 (Division I) Single Day, Single Coach, No Handoffs, No Packet.
- $125 (Division II) Packet + up to 4 coaches from the same school all three days.
- $65 (Division III/NAIA/JUCO) 1 packet and up to 4 coaches from the same school all three days.
- $25 (Division III/NAIA/JUCO) Single Day, Single Coach, No Handoffs, No Packet.
- $40 Additional paper packet (all schools)
